General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Darren Sandler is General Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for FPAM. Prior to this role, Darren was Associate General Counsel for Republic, focusing on Republic's crypto and blockchain initiatives, including treasury management, hosting token sales, and full-service incubation/advisory for crypto companies and non-crypto-native companies seeking to incorporate crypto/blockchain technology. Prior to this, he served as Head of Legal at Gallant Exchange, as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, specializing in fund formation and regulatory compliance for hedge funds and private equity clients. Darren received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA in economics from Brandeis University.
