Jonathan Knipper

Chief Operating Officer

Jonathan serves as the Chief Operating Officer of FPAM, where he oversees the firm’s legal, finance, operations, and engineering teams. In this role, he ensures the platform scales effectively and operates with institutional rigor in support of the investment team’s strategy. Active in crypto since 2016 and in global finance since 2010, Jonathan has built and managed businesses across digital assets, derivatives, and fund operations. He previously held leadership roles at Republic Digital, TLDR, and RxR Opportunities Fund, and earlier worked at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in FX and interest rate derivatives. He holds a B.A. from New York University, graduating magna cum laude in 2008.
