Katherine Sullivan

Head of Business Development

Katherine Sullivan is the Head of Business Development at FPAM, leading capital formation and business development initiatives. Ms. Sullivan has eight years of experience at the intersection of institutional capital allocation and digital assets, with a focus on macro-informed approaches to risk management. She has a longstanding track record of partnering with leading allocators globally, guiding institutions through their entrance into digital assets, and building durable capital formation frameworks. She joined FPAM from Reflexive Capital, where she was a Partner. Previously, she was Head of Client Partnerships at Brevan Howard Digital, where, as an early employee, she was instrumental in launching and scaling one of the world’s largest multi-strategy crypto hedge fund platforms. She also held Investor Relations and Global Business Development roles at Galaxy Digital, contributing to asset management, investment banking, and public company initiatives. Earlier in her career, Ms. Sullivan spent nearly a decade in algorithmic sales and trading at Fidelity and Jefferies, where she was recognized by Institutional Investor. She earned a B.S. in Management Science with concentrations in Finance and Leadership & Management from Boston College.
